SHANTYAU LIBRARY as other library was implemented in 2022 for the aim of serve the needs and the desire of the users, the library was located in SINGIDA MUNICIPAL at SINGIDA region, where it based on the serve the all kind of the user such as students and those who are not students, children's, youths, elders and also the library provide special care for the user with disabilities. The library as established due to the difficult that face the society on the process of accessing the information and the space of reading So, the library has to satisfy their desire and the hobby of reading.
